1. Reservation and Payment :
- Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservation team.
- All reservations require a valid personal contactable details and partial payment for guarantee the booking.
- Payment is due upon check-in, and we accept major UPI, Cards and cash.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24hr/1 Day of the check-in date may result in a cancellation fee. In Case of Group Booking, Cancellation should be done in 15 Day advance; otherwise Cancellation fee applicable as per Advance Booking amount.

3. Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 12:00PM, and check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. Occupancy and Age Policy:
- The maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
5. Children and Extra Beds
- Children under the age of 5Yr stay free when using existing bedding.
- Extra beds or cribs may be available upon request and are subject to availability and it will be Charged Extra.
